Dance is your creative medium to move and express yourself; it is the physical expression of your spirit.

Creator & Author

We all want to play, evolve, and dance together. We feel more alive when we do so. Michael's desire to live in such a world has motivated him to create the most powerful, foolproof, and guided journey to discover our natural physical language, to express it with style, and to feel flow it for the rest of our lives.
“We dance because it feels good. I ask you — how good can it feel?”
Michael has been an awesome instructor! My husband and I signed up for the virtual private lessons to prep for our wedding and have been having the BEST time.

With two kids under 10 we don't get out much and have found so much joy in taking FLOW lessons with Michael that we plan to continue our journey post-wedding.

With no prior dance experience, I was nervous about not having our instructor in person, but those concerns went away halfway through lesson one. He is really good! The techniques we've learned will stick with us for a lifetime.

With all of that being said, the thing I appreciate most is Michael's ability to not only connect my husband and I as dance partners but the feeling of him flowing through the lessons WITH us through the camera.

Michael is simply amazing, and I am so incredibly thankful we found Flow Fluently!

My (now) husband and I learned Flow up to our wedding for our first dance. My husband hated to dance- and would only join me on the dance floor after multiple beverages. Now, after Michael's instructions, my husband can actually find a beat and dance!

I can't tell you how many people were blown away at our wedding at our dance- largely because they all knew his previous skill level! :) And an even larger compliment- my husband actually enjoys it now!

My favorite line you taught us was, "the more you move your head, the more you get out of your head." As soon as you're actually moving, I think we all know how to dance; it's more about letting it out.
