Michael Haug

We all want to play, evolve, and dance together. We feel more alive when we do so. Michael's desire to live in such a world has motivated him to create the most powerful, foolproof, and guided journey to discover our natural physical languages, to express them with style, and feel flow for the rest of our lives.

We dance because it feels good. I ask you — how good can it feel?
My partner and I have taken many group and private dance lessons, but learning Flow is totally different and SO MUCH better. First, we focus on learning to dance as a couple, emphasizing movement, fluidity, and balance. Secondly, Michael teaches you the fundamentals so you can easily learn to dance to any kind of music.

Forget the notion that there are rigid rules about how you step and where you turn. All that comes naturally as you learn to follow the beat and build from one essential skill to the next.
